Shipping & Delivery

It may take up to 2 full business days for payment to be confirmed. Once confirmed, orders are shipped that day. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We ship orders via FedEx Ground, 2-Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air, depending on the options you choose at checkout. Orders packaged on or around a federal holiday may experience additional delays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We follow FedEx and UPS policies in the rare event that an order is delayed or lost. For additional questions or concerns, please contact our support team!

Shipping issues, such as product damage, must be reported within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery confirmation; otherwise, claims will be denied. We will not accept reports of lost shipments if the carrier shows it delivered.

International Shipping

We offer international deliveries to most countries with a 1-3 week time frame. Vials arrive via local mail. Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility if not charged by the carrier at the time of shipping.

Minimum quantity per peptide: 10 vials.
